1. Scope
本政策适用于 TikTalk 移动应用、网页版隐私政策以及与短视频发布、互动、私信、视频通话、虚拟礼物和账户安全相关的服务。
This policy applies to the TikTalk mobile app, this web privacy policy, and services related to short-video publishing, interactions, messaging, video calls, virtual gifts and account security.

- 账号信息：账号、显示名称、头像、登录凭证以及年龄确认状态。
- 内容与互动：视频、封面、标题、评论、回复、点赞、收藏、关注、举报和分享记录。
- 私信与通话：你主动发送的消息、站内分享和视频通话元数据；视频通话默认不录音、不录像。
- 设备与日志：设备型号、操作系统、应用版本、设备标识符、IP 地址、访问时间、崩溃和安全日志。
- 权限数据：仅在你授权后访问相机、麦克风、照片或视频；位置信息仅在对应功能需要且获得授权时处理。
- 交易信息：TalkCoin 订单、礼物记录、商店交易标识和收据校验结果。完整支付卡信息由 Apple 等支付服务商处理。
- Account data: account name, display name, avatar, sign-in credentials and age-confirmation status.
- Content and interactions: videos, covers, titles, comments, replies, likes, saves, follows, reports and shares.
- Messages and calls: messages and in-app shares you send, plus video-call metadata. Calls are not recorded by default.
- Device and logs: device model, operating system, app version, device identifier, IP address, access times, crash and security logs.
- Permission data: camera, microphone, photos or videos only after permission. Location is processed only when a relevant feature needs it and you authorise it.
- Transaction data: TalkCoin orders, gift records, store transaction identifiers and receipt-validation results. Apple and other payment providers process full payment-card details.

- Create and maintain accounts and provide publishing, recommendations, comments, messages, calls, purchases and gifting.
- Personalise recommendations, synchronise interactions and improve performance and accessibility.
- Validate transactions and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, minor-safety risks and unlawful activity.
- Handle reports, appeals, account deletion, payment support and lawful requests.
- Meet applicable legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.

我们仅在实现本政策目的、维持账户、解决争议和履行法律义务所需的期限内保存信息。账号删除并经过 30 天冷静期后，我们会删除或匿名化相关数据；法律要求保存、反欺诈或争议处理所必需的数据除外。
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, account operation, dispute resolution and legal obligations. After account deletion and the 30-day grace period, we delete or anonymise related data unless retention is required by law, fraud prevention or dispute handling.

根据你所在地区的法律，你可能享有知情、访问、更正、删除、获取副本、限制处理、撤回同意以及申诉等权利。美国居民还可能有权选择退出个人信息出售、共享或定向广告；TikTalk 当前不从事这些活动。
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, restrict processing, withdraw consent and appeal. US residents may also have rights to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising; TikTalk does not currently engage in those activities.
我们可能需要验证你的身份。我们不会因你依法行使隐私权利而提供歧视性待遇。
We may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
7. 账号与数据控制

- 在系统权限设置中撤销相机、麦克风、照片、视频或通知权限。
- 在 App 内删除自己发布的内容、评论或消息。
- 通过“我的 → 设置 → 账户与安全 → 删除账号”提交删除申请，并在 30 天冷静期内撤销。
- 通过“我的 → 帮助与反馈”提交隐私请求并获取可追踪工单号。
- Withdraw camera, microphone, photo, video or notification access in system settings.
- Delete content, comments or messages you created in the app.
- Request deletion through Profile → Settings → Account & security → Delete account, with cancellation available during the 30-day grace period.
- Submit a privacy request through Profile → Help & feedback and receive a trackable ticket number.

我们采用访问控制、传输加密、交易校验、权限最小化和安全日志等措施保护信息。任何系统都无法保证绝对安全；如发生可能影响你权利的数据事件，我们会按照适用法律通知你和监管机构。
We use access controls, transport encryption, transaction validation, least-privilege permissions and security logging. No system is completely secure. If a data incident may affect your rights, we will notify you and regulators as required by applicable law.

TikTalk 面向 18 岁及以上用户。注册时需要确认年龄；确认未满 18 岁的用户无法完成注册。若我们发现账户可能由未成年人使用，会限制发布、互动、私信、通话、购买和赠礼，并启动年龄复核及删除流程。
TikTalk is for users aged 18 and over. Age confirmation is required at registration and users confirmed under 18 cannot complete registration. If we learn that an account may be used by a minor, we restrict publishing, interactions, messages, calls, purchases and gifting while age review and deletion processes apply.
10. TalkCoin 与支付

TalkCoin 是一次性消耗型应用内购买项目，无现金价值、不可转让且普通用户不可提现。购买由 Apple StoreKit 等商店结算系统处理；TikTalk 保存商品、交易标识、收据校验状态、订单状态和 TalkCoin 余额，以履行订单、防止重复入账和处理支付支持。
TalkCoin is a consumable in-app purchase with no cash value, is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn by regular users. Purchases are processed by store systems such as Apple StoreKit. TikTalk retains product and transaction identifiers, receipt-validation status, order status and TalkCoin balance to fulfil orders, prevent duplicate credits and provide payment support.

应用可能使用 Apple App Store、设备操作系统、内容存储与分发等第三方服务。第三方根据其自身隐私政策处理其独立收集的信息。我们会选择具备适当安全措施的服务商，并限制其仅为约定目的处理数据。
The app may use third-party services such as the Apple App Store, device operating systems, and content storage and delivery. Third parties process independently collected information under their own privacy policies. We select providers with appropriate safeguards and limit processing to agreed purposes.
12. 变更与联系

重大变更会通过 App 内提示发布，并在必要时重新征求同意。你可以通过“我的 → 帮助与反馈”联系我们、行使隐私权利或提交投诉，并获得可追踪工单号。
Material changes are announced in the app and, when required, we request consent again. Contact us through Profile → Help & feedback to exercise privacy rights or submit a complaint and receive a trackable ticket number.
